DESCRIPTION:This course gives youth ages 11 to 15 years old the knowledge and confidence to care for infants and school-aged children by combining video\, activities\, hands-on skills training and discussion for a complete learning experience.\n\n	Students will learn how to:\n\n	\n		Respond to emergencies and illnesses with first aid\, rescue breathing and other appropriate care\n	\n		Make decisions under pressure\n	\n		Communicate with parents to learn household rules\n	\n		Recognize safety and hygiene issues\n	\n		Manage young children\n	\n		Feed\, diaper and care for infants\n	\n		Start a babysitting business\n\n\n	Pre-registration is required since only a limited number of spaces are available. Call 407-679-7775 to register and pay. \n\n	Please notify us if you must cancel for any reason. Cancellations policy is as follows:\n\n	\n		Prior to 7/20   full refund\n	\n		Between 7/21 & 7/24   50% refund\n	\n		Between 7/25 & 8/ 2- 25% refund\n	\n		After 8/2   no refund
