SUMMARY:Grand Opening of Mad Science in the Oviedo Mall
DESCRIPTION:The world's leading provider of hands-on science activities for children is coming to the Oviedo Mall. Starting March 23rd\, 2013 kids will be able to touch\, feel\, and taste what science is really all about. Children will build rockets\, make indoor lightning\, learn why airplanes fly\, and volcanoes erupt. Programs will take place at the Mad Science Laboratory at the Oviedo Mall\, as well as schools\, birthday parties\, park and recreation departments\, community centers\, summer camps\, corporate special events\, and daycares across the state. \n	\n		As part of our grand opening\, we will be having a Grand Opening Celebration at the Mad Science Laboratory on March 23rd from Noon-6pm. There will be amazing photo opportunities of children participating in thrilling hands-on experiments and demonstrations. Read more details below. \n	\n		Mad Science is an international organization that was founded in 1993 and currently services children in over 150 locations in 22 countries around world\, including the Oviedo location. We have a mission to spark the imagination and curiosity of children everywhere by providing them with fun\, entertaining\, and educational activities that instill a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around them. Mad Science offers in-class workshops\, after school enrichment programs\, summer camps\, school assemblies\, special events\, birthday parties\, and more for children 3 to 14 years old. All Mad Science programs are developed by a team of professional educators\, scientists\, and entertainers to ensure that they are accurate\, educational\, and fun. Themes include rocketry\, lasers\, sound modulation\, space\, indoor fireworks\, and over 100 more topics.\n\n		\n\n		Kids will get to make slime\, see how cotton candy is made\, and taste a Mad Science burp. We'll also have Dry Ice Bubbles\, and fun Electricity and Air demonstrations.
