Living your best life often involves your overall health and the important choices we make along the way. The lifestyle we choose can have a real impact on our future health. Knowing our options and the facts become so critical in choosing the services and care that meets our specific needs! This is why we are proud to support activities that promote wellness and community spirit. \n\n\n\nAt the Health and Wellness Fair\, vendors have the opportunity to showcase their company as a leader in our community who supports a Healthy Lifestyle! \n\n\n\nCitizens of all ages are welcome to join this event featuring vendors\, raffle prizes\, and screenings. Get the latest information\, resources and more to help you stay healthy.\n\n\n\nAttendees will be able to participate in free health screenings\, and much more. Families are welcome!\n\n\n\nApplications for vendor spaces will be on a first come\, first serve basis. We are only allowing 1 vendor for each area of industry to participate. Contact Jordan Hook to see if a space is available for your specific industry. Approved applications will be invoiced.\n\n\n\nVendors will be given a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. \n\n\n\nApplication Download Here
