DESCRIPTION:What do you get when you combine an annual rockin' Oktoberfest with an awesome Festival of the Arts? Something for everybody! And that's just what the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Winter Springs is going to bring to the Central Florida community this fall. The two day event\, known as ARToberFEST\, presented by Bright House Business Solutions\, will take place Saturday and Sunday\, October 17-18 from 10 am - 5 pm on the grounds of the beautiful Winter Springs Town Center.\n\nLast year proved quite successful as the Chamber combined the popular fall Oktoberfest\, fashioned after the well-known worldwide German celebration\, with the City of Winter Springs' highly-anticipated annual Festival of the Arts. This joint venture has become the ultimate must-attend party partnership for enthusiasts of every age. \n\nThe family friendly event will showcase both local and nationally recognized artists. All forms of art will be accepted from drawings\, painting\, and mixed media to fine crafts\, jewelry\, and sculptures. Enjoy German-inspired food available for purchase from various vendors and\, of course\, you'll be able to enjoy an assortment of fine German beer. The kids' area\, even bigger and more awesome than ever\, will keep the youngsters entertained. Europa\, a local German band bring authentic music both days. Pull up a chair or a blanket and enjoy the tunes performed between 10 am - 5 pm both days of the event.
