An advanced workshop to show small businesses how to focus on the asset that can be perhaps leveraged for the greatest return to the business-PEOPLE. The following topics will be included in the workshop: The Mental Model for People Thinking, High Performance Workplace Criteria, Best Practices in Attracting, Developing, Retaining and Focusing Employees, Action Planning and Dealing with Change. Taught by Robert K. Prescott, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
