Join us for our February Luncheon featuring Milton Champion, former Director of Pari-Mutuel Wagering at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, as he shares his insights on the controversial issue of gambling in Florida based upon 19 years of experience and knowledge in the casino gaming industry and 5 1/2 years casino and pari-mutuel wagering experience in government regulation.

Oviedo-Winter Springs-based organization, Krewe of Leaders, will partner with the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce to host a luncheon in honor of the new members of the Royal Court on February 2, 2012.
At the luncheon, members of the 2012 Krewe of Leaders Royal Court, a group of esteemed individuals who assist in community efforts and business advancement, will be officially announced. The Royal Court was pre-selected at the Krewe of Leaders January Social. Ceremonial royal costumes will also be displayed.
“We are extremely excited to sponsor the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber luncheon this year,” said Mary Alice Wilder, Krewe of Leaders founder and president. “It’s a privilege that we get to work with the Chamber, another organization that focuses on promoting economic and leadership advancement in our community. Krewe of Leaders is all about recognizing those outstanding individuals that make our city a better place and providing opportunities for our future leaders.”
Seven Dukes and seven Duchesses, chosen at the Krewe of Leaders January Social, will be honored at the luncheon. The King and Queen will be selected from this group of 14 at the Krewe of Leaders Gala on February 25, 2012. The luncheon will be held at the Oviedo Mall (former FYE location.)
Chamber Monthly Luncheons typically attract over 100 business and community leaders and feature renouned speakers who are experts in their particular fields.
