The Oviedo Preservation Project's Citrus & Celery Cook-Off challenges cooks to incorporate the two ingredients that put our community on the map and transformed us from a town of poor dirt farmers to a bustling city. Prizes range from $300 cash to potentially having your recipe featured on the back of a package of Dandy brand Celery (grown by Oviedo-based sponsor Duda Farm Fresh Foods).
