Come get your fitness on and join us for Fitness Club headed by our own Chiropractic Assistant, Aixsia Gonzales! Aixsia will be going over the MaxT3 exercises from Maximized Living along with some of her own. Come join us at Herba Family Chiropractic EVERY Saturday morning from 8:00-8:30 a.m. and become the healthiest possible you!
