Description
This event will be a workshop with Kathleen R. Morgan, MSN, FNP, NP-C, who shares the skills of mindful eating and reinforces how eating certain foods may help reduce cancer risk. This event is the first Sharsheret event of 2014 and the program is a continuation of JFS Orlando’s health and wellness cancer prevention series. It is open to people of all ages, gender, race, religion, and culture. This event will be free of charge and light bites and refreshments will be served.
