Come and hear the SJE perform some of your favorite Show Tunes you grow up with, like Lalo Schfrin’s "Mission Impossible" and Henry Mancini’s "Pink Panther," also featuring Ron Starks, performing some of his favorites.
The Sanford Jazz Ensemble is a volunteer community orchestra made up of a diverse group of excellent musicians, dedicated to the preservation of the Big Band Jazz Tradition. The band’s extensive repertoire covers a wide range of material from the classic swing era to the contemporary jazz styles of today.
On average shows are 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission.
